NATIONAL CAMPAIGN

Every year, RPM Living hosts a national co-op summer campaign. This two-month initiative aims to generate prospect inquiries, drive qualified traffic to RPM properties, and increase resident retention by offering a more robust summer experience for residents.

The campaign promotes a fun environment at RPM Living properties, leveraging user-generated content to attract more traffic to corporate and property sites. It encourages participation by providing the tools and resources necessary to make promotion as easy as possible, while also enhancing and supporting ongoing sales efforts by generating a campaign around those initiatives.
